A leading healthcare company, with 30+ locations in the US, needed to drastically improve its revenue forecast. Some locations had been permanently shuttered but they knew they needed to keep facilities operating as close to full capacity as humanly possible.

With a shrinking marketing budget and increased revenue expectations, they knew they needed to do something dramatically different to improve results. There was an experience gap with local paid search, campaigns were not perfectly aligned to business goals and their inbound lead process needed some work.

Our approach is always to identify gaps between the prospect and the lead flow. For this client, we began with a deep Google Analytics audit and use of our proprietary tools. From there, we undertook a large-scale account restructure to prioritize specific locations and treatments based on business needs. To take it a level deeper, we went into product-specific keywords and enhanced tracking to ensure our media investment was working as hard as it could to deliver revenue.
