About this notice. This notice explains how Two Octobers® LLC (“Two Octobers,” “we,” “us”) handles data accessed through Treeline Intelligence, an internal application our team uses to produce analytics, SEO, and paid-media reports for the clients we manage. It is separate from, and supplements, the Two Octobers Privacy Policy.

Who uses the application. Treeline Intelligence is used only by authorized Two Octobers team members. It is not offered to or accessible by the general public.

Data sources. Treeline Intelligence connects to a range of marketing and analytics data sources to generate reports — including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads, with additional platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn (via BigQuery) being added. Across every source, connected data is used solely to produce the reports our team requests for the connected account; we do not use it for advertising and do not sell it.

Google user data we access. When a team member connects a Google data source, they sign in with a Google account that already has access to it and grant the application read-only access. Depending on the source connected, we access:

  • Google Analytics (analytics.readonly) — GA4 property lists and report data such as sessions, users, key events, traffic sources, and landing pages.
  • Google Search Console (webmasters.readonly) — verified site lists and Search performance data such as clicks, impressions, CTR, and query/page position.
  • Google Ads (adwords) — accessible account lists and reporting metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions, retrieved with read-only reporting queries.
  • Basic profile (openid, email, profile) — to identify the Google account that authorized a connection and display its email address in the application’s settings.

How we use Google user data. This data is used solely to generate the analytics and SEO reports our team requests for the connected account. We do not modify any data in your Google account, and we never create, edit, or manage Google Ads campaigns, ads, or budgets.

Limited Use. Two Octobers’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to data brokers or any other parties for unrelated purposes. No humans read this data except (a) with the user’s explicit consent, (b) as necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or (c) where the data has been aggregated or anonymized.

Service providers. Data is processed by service providers acting on our behalf solely to operate the application and produce reports: Google Cloud Platform (application hosting and encrypted storage) and our AI text-generation provider(s) used to compose report narratives (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude). These providers are bound by obligations consistent with this notice and do not use the data for their own purposes.

Storage, security, and retention. Connection credentials (such as OAuth refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest, and all data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Generated reports and connection records are retained until a team member deletes them; we have no fixed automatic deletion period. Access is restricted to authorized Two Octobers personnel.

Disconnecting and deletion. A team member can disconnect a data source at any time in the application, which removes the stored credential. The owner of a Google account can additionally revoke our access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data or reports, contact us at [email protected].
